This box contains 50 vaginal pH test strips in 5 sealed foil packs of 10 strips each, providing GREAT VALUE. Designed to measure the pH level of your vaginal fluid when experiencing unwanted vaginal symptoms such as vaginal itching, burning, a foul vaginal odor, extreme dryness, or an unusual discharge, THESE STRIPS are INTENDED for USE.
When opening the foil pack, the reagent pad at the tip of the pH test strips should be yellow. Use a common household cotton swab (not included) to collect a sample of vaginal fluid and wet the reagent pad, wait for 30 seconds, then compare it to the color chart. The reagent pad will continue to react and change color. Ignore the color results after 30 seconds, HOW TO TEST.
If the color stays yellowish or light green (3.5 to 4.5), your pH is normal. If the color turns a dark green or blue (5 to 6.5), your pH is abnormal. Compare your pH test strip color result and the vaginal symptoms you are experiencing to the common vaginal infections chart in the product booklet, RESULTS.
The reagent pad on the tip of the test strip is calibrated explicitly for a low range between 3.5 and 6.5 for vaginal fluid. Our pH test strips are triple-sealed to remain fresh and ready to use. After you remove the resealable cap, there is a tamper-proof foil barrier sealing the contents of the bottle. Once that is removed, the pH test strips are sealed one more time, in packs of 10-strips each, ensuring QUALITY & SEALED FOR FRESHNESS.
However, there are PRODUCT LIMITATIONS to consider. Do not urinate on the test strips as they are not for urinary testing or ovulation monitoring. Do not test if you are experiencing any perimenopausal or menopause symptoms and you are not using hormone therapy. Do not test if you have any signs of menstruation or vaginal bleeding. Do not test if it is less than 48 hours after sexual intercourse or vaginal douching.
